We started a fantastic journey… 35 years ago!
We started navigating the sea of industrial automation when we didn’t yet surf the Internet.
We have governed industrial production processes with methodologies that are now extinct.
We frequented plants where the official language was “Piemontese”.
Then winds and currents changed and quickly brought new methods and new technologies.
Thus, with our crew, we acquired new skills and adopted new organizational forms, learning new ways of sailing the boat.
We have learned to create complex systems, we have brought our skills from Italy to countries on three different continents of the world.
We shared projects with our customers and our collaborators and with all of them we built communities.
Unexplored routes and new seas await us.
We started an amazing journey 35 years ago!
Best wishes CustoM 2.0!

By the end of 2024, CustoM 2.0 will therefore be able to materialize and institutionalize a set of operational standards aimed at achieving certain environmental, social and governance objectives.
Transfer Box Cell IVECO Group Turin: CustoM 2.0 in partnership with EURINS wins the favor of the Strada delle Cascinette engineers
The revamping of rooms and test benches involves the modernisation, improvement and updating with respect to new standards or new product and technology specifications, of the processes used in the test environments, whether in the production sector or for analysis, research and validation.
Over the last 10 years, CustoM 2.0, thanks to consolidated experience with its internal “Advanced Manufacturing” Business Unit, has successfully tackled several revamping projects of test rooms for automotive components. In this context, CustoM 2.0 was involved in a project commissioned by IVECO Group.
CustoM 2.0 in partnership with EURINS, was responsible, during 2023, as part of the revamping of a test cell, to implement a new automation for the testing and validation of traditional (mechanical) or new generation (electrified) axles for light and heavy vehicles. Automation is based on distributed NI RT-cRIO hardware and AdaMo software.
The main target of the automation renewal for similar test cells is to increase the efficiency of the testing process, improve the accuracy and reliability of the results and ensure the safety and flexibility to adapt to evolving systems technology and products, in perfect harmony with the CustoM 2.0 philosophy.
