Calorimetric Yield Benches: These hardware and software systems are designed to test the performance of refrigeration compressors.
The supply includes a turnkey system that features dedicated software for supervising the testing process, engineering, and the construction of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment for automation, as well as measurement of compressor efficiency.
The system operates based on regulating pressures and temperatures, monitoring voltages and currents, and real-time alarm management. The main components of the system are:
- PC: Supervision software developed in LabVIEW provides the operator interface and manages historical data. This component is used to configure test parameters, log historical data and alarms, and generate the final test report.
- CompactRIO (real-time interface): Implements deterministic operation logic using PID controllers and the Test Case State Machine.
- Electrical Cabinet: Conditions input signals from the field and sends output signals generated by the real-time interface.
- Pneumatic and Gas Circuit: Connects the system to the test object through valves and pipes.
